Application Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the application, signing in with Google or connecting Google Calendar, you agree to these Terms and the Application Privacy Policy.

2. Description of service

The application provides website features such as booking workflows, customer accounts, Google Sign-In, Google Calendar synchronization and license-gated integrations. The central Google Gateway on kutt.ee handles Google authentication and returns the result to the licensed website where the request started.

3. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a booking request.
• You must not attempt to bypass licensing, authentication, return URL validation or other security controls.
• Administrators are responsible for connecting only Google accounts and calendars they are authorized to use.

4. Google integrations

Google Sign-In is used to authenticate users. Google Calendar integration is used to create, update and remove booking-related calendar events when an administrator has connected a calendar.

Access to Google services can be revoked at any time from the user’s Google Account permissions page or from the application settings where a disconnect option is available.

5. Availability

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. byKUTT may update, change, restrict or discontinue features where required for security, maintenance, licensing or service improvement.

6. Licensed client websites

Some features are available only when the originating website has an active byKUTT license and the required feature tag. If a license expires, is disabled or does not include the required feature, the integration may stop working.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, byKUTT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the application, unavailable integrations, incorrect user-provided data or third-party service interruptions.

8. Changes to terms

These Terms may be updated when the application, integrations or legal requirements change. The latest version should be published on the application or gateway website.
